Why does file sync never work on Dropbox desktop MacOS even though set to offline files?

Hello I use Google Drive because it actually works, but I do a lot of media for national companies that use Dropbox. On Google Drive, I have ZERO issue syncing files. On Dropbox, large video files and sometimes even smaller photos never sync. The bandwidth settings are set to don't limit, the new file default is offline, I have re-installed, restarted, redid everything, and yet files do NOT sync offline automatically. Dropbox will say "up to date" and meanwhile the files in the shared folder have the cloud download icon next to them. Clicking the download icon, which shouldn't be necessary given that the files are set to be available offline, results in barely any progress and the sync in the menu bar will say "syncing" vs x amount of time left. In many cases, I have to manually download files by doing and downloading via the browser and overwriting the sync'd files with the file needed, which of course then now it has to re-upload. These are files that are between 1-6gb a piece, so it becomes a massive hassle.

Is there any fix to this?

Hi HHCC2021, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Have you marked the folder itself as available offline, or the files individually?

This will help me to assist further!
