Working with 3 Dropbox Accounts [2 Business 1 Personal] - Want three folders in Explorer

If somebody figures out how to accomplish this, I'll be able to not use different storage providers to be able to work that way.

Every new business relationship has the potential that a business partner wants to setup a user in their account. Dropbox is account centric, that makes it easier to have different browsers/browser profiles, and different storage providers to keep things separate and accessible at the same time.

How hard would it be to have Explorer folders that are individually authorized, like multiple FTP accounts can be different drives in Explorer, and NOT linked in any way?

Community, please share your tricks on this subject. The Dropbox app is of no help as it does not have the efficiency of Explorer.

Hi IA Accounting, thanks for posting today!

Currently, it isn't possible to have more than two Dropbox folders syncing on one computer profile.

Only one personal and one work account can be linked together, and have syncing folders in Explorer.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

Filezilla can be used to setup a separate connection for each Dropbox account.

    Protocol: Dropbox

    Host: api.dropbox.com

FTP sync options are available to finetune the connection.

There aren't any official options to use FTP with Dropbox. If a third party app or service is providing a way to connect to Dropbox via FTP, then it wouldn't be something we could provide support on at this time.

Isn’t the purpose of the community to deal with issues Dropbox does not know or support?

Can’t do is often not the answer Dropbox users are looking for.

If something is possible via official method, then we can support it and provide information.

For your request, since there isn't an official feature available, the only answer I can provide is that it can't be done by Dropbox.

However, I can leave this thread open for other community members to contribute their suggestions, if they have their own workarounds.
