5 GB Quicken Storage Removed Early

I've been using the 5GB Quicken storage promotion that comes with my Quicken subscription for the past year.  My subscription doesn't end till April 8, but the 5GB Quicken storage credit in Dropbox has already been removed (assume 2-1-24).  When I try and reenter the coupon code it says that it has already been used.  How do I get the subscription and storage credit to sync correctly?

Hey dcpooley1! Hope you’re doing well.

The Quicken promotion that you mention should be in effect for exactly one year from the moment you redeem it (with these steps).

Can you clarify when you claimed it exactly? Is it possible that you did this last January/February? If yes, then I’m afraid it’s not possible to re-activate it, as it’s passed its duration.

    Let me know.

Got the subscription activated on April 6 (have email) and would have put in current code at that time.  Had a Previous Quicken subscription, but current code is the one issued with this Quicken subscription.

Events only go back 6 months.  Talked with Dropbox and was told that Quicken should issue a new code with every subscription renewal.  Talked to Quicken and they said it's a one time code a for 12 months and then you need to select a Dropbox plan.  Quicken says they do not issue a new code.  Go figure....
