All Files Show ONLINE but computer space is not cleared.
Hello, is any one else having issue with dropbox listing all files to be "ONLINE ONLY" but computer storage is not being cleared. Huge issue on our end as the computer's capacity is 2TB and the files...

I've experienced the same issue with Dropbox not clearing space even though files are marked "online only."
A quick fix would be to try clearing the Dropbox cache under Preferences > Sync, and then restart Dropbox. Itâs also worth checking if your OS (macOS/Windows) is holding onto cached files locally.
By the way, if youâre working on a lot of packaging files, we faced a similar challenge during a CBD project. I ended up using https://cbdboxesus.com/.com for some of the storage management and it helped clear up space fast.
