Am I out of storage? What will happen to all my photos?
Message saying 2g left on Dropbox what's it mean I'm not tech savvy says files won't be saved,do I have to pay for more storage what will happen to all my photos ?

3 years agoHey Merry2, Dropbox is basically a service that stores and syncs your files across your devices.
If you're using 1.6 GB out of 2 GB, you have nothing to worry about; your files are safe.
If you want to reduce the amount of space you use on Dropbox, you could of course, delete some files.
You can save them to your device, before you delete them.
And you'd like to earn some bonus space, you can take a look at this page.

If you want to save Dropbox files to your device, follow the steps here:
https://help.dropbox.com/installs/export-files-mobile
And if you then want to delete them, follow the steps here:
https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/delete-files

Dropbox just emailed me again saying I've used 80% of space and requesting me to update my plan and I need to make a payment,shall I ignore this.
