Can't clear my storage space
Hi,
I volunteer with a community radio station. They have 2tb storage but I only have the basic as I only use it for 1 job per week. I wasn't able to do my work for them this week as my dropbox started showing as out of storage space. I have deleted all the files on my system and even removed myself from their shared folders but I'm showing still 3/4 full even with nothing in there.
I currently access drop box from my desktop and laptop computer. Do I need to do something from both of them to make this work?
Thanks
LynDoh
You can delete your backups if needed to free up some space by clicking on the ellipsis button and then on the delete option.

Hi there LynDoh, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you let us know what your plan tab is reporting in regards to your quota?
Do you see any files or folders taking up space in your homepage or your backups page perhaps?
Keep us posted!

It's all in the backup folder. How do I clear this out?
Kind regards

Hi ctenney919, are you able to access the Backups page and view the Backups from there?
This article should also provide more assistance on this matter.
