Data can no longer be synced to due to being overquota
I am Japanese I'm using translation, so I'm sorry if there are incorrect expressions. I would be happy if you could forgive me. Please help me as I am in great trouble

I was able to get to the basic settings tab, but no matter where I look, there is
Backup tab not found
Instead
There was a notation that automatically backs up in the nine dots on the upper left of the homepage.

Click the Backup tab.
Click Manage Backups.
This item cannot be found.

Could you attach a screenshot showing the error you're getting when clicking Manage Backups?
What happens if you delete the backup from this page?

I opened it
Before I knew it (unintentionally), I found out that I had registered something from my smartphone device.
When I deleted this backup, there was free space and everything was resolved.
