Dropbox Champions Gift Card. How to redeem it?
Hi everyone,
I redeemed my points for a $50 gift card about two weeks ago but I havent received it. How long does it usually take to be delivered to me and how will i receive it?

That is something you will need to ask Christie or Jessica direct. I'd suggest dropping them a message on the Champions Slack channel 🙂

- Dansig2 years agoHelpful | Level 7I'm also facing the same dilemma! I redeemed some of my reward points for a $50 Amazon Gift Card and saw the transaction had gone through in my notifications tab. My points were also slashed. That was it!
After a day having not received any information or communication about the Gift Card's Credentials, I decided to reach out to both Christie (on the Advocate's App), and Jessica (in the Slack Advocate's Workspace). It's now going to two days without receiving any response from them! I hope all's well! - Mark2 years ago

I do find they often do take a few days to get back to you, but, they do always do it 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to me. I already received the Gift card, but I haven't received a response. This means developing events have passed my query!
