Dropbox claims I'm using 9.76 GB of 10.63 GB, but I only actually am using 1GB.
Dropbox claims I'm using 9.76 GB of 10.63 GB, but I only actually am using 1GB. Somewhere, there is 8.5 GB of unaccounted space being used. Wherre do I find and delete that hidden used space?

Have you checked your Backups page?

I had also same problem, but now my dropbox is working fine after clear my backup.
