Is it possible that you were close to your account's quota limit then Alessandro R.5? It would seem normal to get this kind of email notification if you were near to 6 GB.
Based on your account's plan tab and the quota shown there at the moment, you shouldn't get this notification, so let me know if you receive it again.

OK. If I did get close to the quota, I did not realise it.
What about the message saying "your subscription has ended" that I mentioned in my first message? Why do I see that? I've always been a free member.
