Dropbox full after deleting files and back up
Hi,
My dropbow says my storage is full, but I deleted all my files, so I don't understand why... I have deleted the files of my trash, I checked the pland of my files, the shared files I have represents only 40 Mo of my storage, and I also ckecked my backups and I don't one.
Do you have an idea of how can I restore the availability of my storage ?
Could you try clicking on deleted backups and permanently delete any files or folders that might come up Nate_Fzt ?
This should help get your space back.

No. I should not have to go 12 rounds documentating this issue with screen shots. I simply asked if Dropbox can verify what screen is displayed on their side. With only the 'community' and a 'chat bot' as options to resolved this, it sheds light on the level of frustration if the issue was more severe - i.e. a breach. I'm in the process of deleting my account. Thanks for the effort.

Hey Jo schwartz, welcome to our Community!
Can you check your plan page here, with all the breakdown of what's taking up space in your account, and let me know more?
Is it possible that you have any active Backups, and hence your space is showing like that? I'd personally suggest that you follow the steps our Community Manager, Emmet posted here.
Let me know if you need anything else!

Where do you find "deleted backups" of which you speak? I have the same predicament. Help me navigate to this option please.
