Dropbox is saying I have 87.02 GB used when I have no files

Dropbox is saying I have 87.02 GB used when I have no files in my account right now. I removed all the files I had and now my account is unusable. 

I tried removing everything and deleting the dropbox cache folder and nothing is working.
