Earned space disappeared

Dear Dropbox Friends,   It looks for a few weeks I lost all my bonus space earned during the past years. My personal info page still shows I have valid 3.25GB Bonus Space Earned. See picture ...

If you're specifically referring to the removal of the 48GB of bonus space, then the only technical issue would be why it wasn't removed sooner. The 48GB Samsung promotion was for two years, after which the space expired. It was never permanent storage.
