Earned space disappeared
Dear Dropbox Friends,
It looks for a few weeks I lost all my bonus space earned during the past years.
My personal info page still shows I have valid 3.25GB Bonus Space Earned.
See picture ...

4 years agoHey hexabandi, can you let us know what your plan tab reports about your usage?
What's the exact amount of space you're using?

Hi Jay,
Please see the 3 screenshots attached.
First 2 shows I have active extra 3.25GB above the basic 2GB everybody have.
The second shows the occupied area on HDD.
Thanks, Andras

The plan page I suggested you visit would show your full quota usage. This would usually be the 2 GB plus the 3.25gb GB you've earned.

Thanks Jays,
Probably we are closer!
Pls see attached.
It shows 8+GB, but What I have in my PC's Dropbox folder is only 4,77GB
Can you advise me what the problem might be?
Thanks,

Do you have selective sync enabled in the Dropbox desktop application, which prevents entire folders from syncing to your machine?
- hexabandi4 years agoExplorer | Level 3
No, all the folders are selected on the left part of the picture.

Is it possible that some of the folders on the site have incompatible characters which can't sync down to a Windows PC?

HI Jay,
Today, I could fix the problem:
The back-up function was enabled.
Once we connected the pc with our android phone, the system (DR) started to back-up the phone.
Now I removed on the web appl.
Seemingly the numbers (GBs) looks OK.
Thank you for the your and the support team's efforts!!
