Extra 25 gb not popping up

hello, I got a new computer, with which an offer of extra 25 gb in dropbox was included.   I signed up for that, but the extra space isn't reflecting in my settings...

    If the app wasn't pre-loaded on your device, it seems that the device wasn't eligible for this promotion unfortunately.

     

    I can suggest checking out this article, which has some more info on the promotion and which devices are eligible.

Yes, 

It is a HP device. I kept getting notifications from the hp application untill I actually signed up for the extra 25 gb...

I had to download dropbox, as it was not pre loaded into my device.

    I understand that, but I don't know why HP would do this, (why I was offered that offer when it was not valid. )
