How can I delete files from my over-quota Dropbox Basic account without upgrading to a paid plan?
Question or Issue
I have a basic free account which is over the storage limit. I'd like to be able to delete some files so that I'm back in compliance as I really don't need much storage since I'm not working anymore. Apparently, I'm not able to do this without upgrading ($ pay more - at least $9.99/month) to a larger account. This is very frustrating. Any way around this aside from paying for a month and then cancelling or something?

Hi DM31411! Thanks for posting on our Community today.
Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the exact options you see on your end, right after you log in to your Dropbox account?
Did you test this via another browser and there was still no option to delete the excess content?
Keep me in the loop.
