HP Promotion 100 GB didn't work on new laptop.

Very frustrated. Got the new laptop. Followed the installation instruction. installing dropbox promotion folder. Doesn't Work! Waste lots and lots of time searching for answers that dont work. What...

    I'd already done all those steps as I said before. E-mail verified etc. I've had dropbox act for a long time. 

    Doesn't seem like there is a solution just keep being told to do same things that don't work. Not really a promotion at all.
