I can't delete files to make up space as I'm redirected to upgrade
I have an existing Dropbox account and the message from Dropbox is that I need to upgrade which I can't do the problem is I can't go into my existing Dropbox account and delete all the files to free up space every time I try to that it redirects me to upgrading am I wasting my time?

Hey @tglass - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
There should be an option to close the prompt you mentioned. Could you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let me know if this persists?
If it does, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
