I get a message saying my account is full, but I'm underquota

For some reason I am get this message:

Your account is out of storage!

Yet my dashboard says:

Your current plan

Basic
2 GB
Using 0.02 GB of 2 GB space

I don't believe I have the Backups feature to check -- as was suggested in other posts.

Thank you. Michael

Hi libassi, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you attach a screenshot showing this message that you're seeing?

Another screenshot showing the quota on your account would also be great.

This will help me to assist further!

What button did you click on to get to the second image you posted?

    Jay

I just discovered that my response email bounced.  I'll try this again.

I was trying to open a doc in db that was emailed to me as an attachment. From a different db account.

    Thanks Jay

Could you post that message exactly (and a screenshot it possible?). My guess is that they've added you to a share and that share is actually too big to go in your account (shared folders use up quota of all in it). So even though you have 2.4gb of space or so if the share is larger than that you cannot add it.

The error wording on it is poor - it is actually saying you need 'x space more' to add it (i.e. that much more quota than you currently have) to be able to add not that you need THAT much space in your account.

    Forward did not work.

I think you are right about the Storage response.  I dicovered the doc I was trying to open is over 5GB.  I'll try again with a smaller doc.

    Thanks

    Thanks Mark

I dont believe you can reply via email to these posts libassi , you have to do it on the web page itself.
