I got an offer for a 100GB Lenovo promotion, but it was never applied to my Dropbox account.
I bought a new lenovo legion 5 laptop.
when i opened the "Lenovo Now" app, it showed me a picture saying, i got a free offer of 100 GB of drop box, for free for 90 days.
when i clicked Confirm, it said drop box, is now going to start installing, and it will show up as a desktop icon.
i kept waiting, it never did, so i installed the dropbox app manually, and when i logged in, i had my default 2 GB.
and the Lenovo Now app no longer shows that message.

Hey Momo2025 - while I can't promise anything, would you maybe like us to open a ticket from our end for you to see what we can do about your issue with redeeming your Lenovo promotion?

well, thats very unlucky, i was honestly a bit excited to switch out from google drive xD (drop box's ui was nicer).
but, tbh, i wouldn't even know how to revert windows to the original image, so i guess better luck next time for me xD

Just to be clear for anyone else that comes across this thread, formatting and reinstalling Windows isn't enough. You would need to revert the computer back to the factory image that it came with, which includes the preinstalled Dropbox application that offers the bonus.
If you were to just reinstall Windows and Dropbox, you'd be in the same position.

Thats the only way to claim the offer I'm afraid.

Thats probably wiped it I'm afraid. It will only work from the default app.
The only thing I can think of is to machine format your device and retry it.
