I have a Basic free plan using 837 MB, and I am told I must upgrade as I'm using 2.1 GB

I have a basic ( free ) plan, using 837mb, and am told I must upgrade because I'm using 2.1 g.

Not sure how to deal with this.

    While you look into this, I'd recommend that you, or any other Community members experiencing the same issue, read through our Storage Space FAQ page.

    It covers "My account is empty but Dropbox says it's full".
