    Hey nazariani, are you sure you're checking the correct email address? 

     

    Have you also checked your spam/junk folder?

    Unfortunately I can't do that nazariani.

     

    The only way to reach out would be by sending an email to your Community-linked email address.

     

    However, you can try to contact Dropbox Support directly.

     

    You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

     

    Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

    I hear what you're saying, but I'm trying to help you with your request and in order for us to do that, I'd need some more advanced tools, hence why I suggested switching to an email communication. 

     

    Since you didn't receive my email, I'd like for you to try and open a ticket on your end, and send me the convo nazariani

     

    That way I will take over the ticket, and assist you there.
