I tried Backups with a free trial, now it's already disabled but my storage on Dropbox isn't cleared

I tried Dropbox Backups with a free trial - now it's already disabled but my storage on Dropbox isn't clearing - before it wouldn't let me delete the files - and now I no longer see the backup - only that I exceed my qouta (because of the backup files - for which I don't have access)

How can I delete all backup files?

(I've already uninstalled the app)

Have you checked your Backups page?

    Thanks for your reply!

Yes, in the beginning I could see my backup there - but I couldn't delete the files.

now it's empty (no files or backups listed) but I'm still seeing the storage used on my account.

(if I click 'Deleted Files' there is nothing there either)

I need to remove the files, but currently I can't even see them.

    Thanks for the screenshot, hillel

Can you also upload a screenshot of what you see on this page? Do you have any shared files perhaps that could be taking up space from your Dropbox account?

    Thank you for the reply!

    Here's the screenshot:

I didn't add any new files, and I've been using Dropbox for years now, I'm pretty sure it's the backups

    Thanks for that, hillel!

Have you also checked your All files page for any large folders? You can also check their size with these steps

Please let me know what you find. We’ll isolate the issue more this way, and see what we can try next.

Thank you, but these are not my files - I haven't uploaded anything to Dropbox, only the backups
