I'm using 275.3MB out of 2GB, but Dropbox says my account is full.
Dropbox Plan: N/A
Device: N/A
Operating System/Browser (if using the web): N/A
Dropbox App Version (if using the app): N/A

I have 275.3 MB in storage out of 2 GB - and it says my dropbox is full

As a first step, can you send me a screenshot of your Subscriptions page?
I’d also like a full screenshot of the error you keep receiving about your Dropbox account being full.
