It seems my storage is full, but when I log in I have more than enough.

Grateful for advice     message from Dropbox that my storage space is full But when I login to Dropbox there is well over 1TB free

That image is from Google Drive (the one saying 2TB available). You need to use the link Rich gave to see your Dropbox quota.
