I've cleared a lot of space in my dropbox but its still saying its full
I've deleted Gigabytes of space on my dropbox, but still it says its full and won't let me use it anymore.
Please can someone help, thank you!
- Hi Nancy, it was in the app on the pc. Finally I understood that the problem was the backup, I disconnected the pc, delete the backup, disinstalled and installed the app, and now it's ok. thanks for the answer!

Hi Ben Malone, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you check the quota page to see where the breakdown of quota is?
Are you part of a Dropbox Business team?
This will help me to assist further!

Just to clarify, where are you seeing that your Dropbox account is still over-quota? Do you see this here or on your desktop app instead?
You can also send me a screenshot, if you prefer.
