Losing HP promotional 100 gb space
I just received an email from Dropbox that says I'll be losing my 100 gb additional space I received when I bought my HP laptop. I accepted the 100 gb of additional space but just added it to my Dropbox account which already had 8.75 gb. My subscription is actually the 2 gb basic plan but through promos and referrals, Dropbox added the extra 6.75 gb. Will my account convert back to the 8.75 gb (I'm only using about 5 gb)?
Hi FRazzley, thanks for messaging the Community.
Your account will revert to the Basic 2 GB plan, plus any referrals or other quota increases you've earned on the account.
You can see the earned quota on the referrals page.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
