Lost additional storage space when I downgraded back to the Basic plan
Hi. I had accumulated 30GB then I subscribed for a couple of years. Now I have decided to go back to the free version and only have 20GB although before my contract ended I checked with Dropbox and they said I would be given 30GB. Now I cannot get in touch with them to discuss this. Does anyone know how I can contact Dropbox to discuss this matter.
Thanks

Perfect, I think that clarifies things, Huggybear0.
16 GB of referral space is the max space a Dropbox Basic account can earn, that's why you're seeing what you're seeing.
