Dropbox says there is no more space but I used 0.0%.
Have you actually checked your Backups page? Are there any backups still listed?

Hi,
So it appears that there can be backups that don't show up in your backups page, but are actually still there taking up room. Dropbox support was able to identify it for me and send me a link that would get me to it directly. If you've initiated a backup of your PC that never finished you might have the same issue i did. If you go to the link posted below, and find there are directories there with stuff in them that might be the source of your issues. Once i removed them from dropbox online, my dropbox storage started was I actually had backed up an everything sorted itself. Hope this helps, if not escalating it with dropbox after the contact you will likely have them see a folder that you can't, which they can link you to directly.

Hey guys, I hope you're doing well!
If you're still facing the same problem, can you try out what elsar suggested, and let me know if this worked out for you?
Thank you all!

Hi All,
My Dropbox account was low on free space (1.83GB used out of 2GB).
I deleted all files through dropbox.com
The "All Files" menu is now not showing any file at all.
Still the used quota reported in the account section shows 1.83GB used and dropbox always proposes to do an upgrade to Pro.
Am I missing something ?
Thanks

Wait a few hours and check your usage again. Also check your Backups page.
