Hello
When i click on dropbox icon in my PC then it shows that total storage of files is 331MB. However, i am getting error that my dropbox storage is full. when i login to dropbox.com then there it shows 2.37GB out of 2.37GB space used. now i am unable to sync files. I checked everywhere and was not able to find any file that i can delete and make space. Please guide me where are the hidden files that are using the available space.

If you disable the backup and choose to "Leave content in Dropbox", your backup content would still be there until it was permanently deleted.
When you go to the Backups page and see no content, be sure to check the deleted section, too.
You can download the files from this location if you need to store them locally on your device.
To clear out the data from the deleted backup, follow these steps:- Navigate to
dropbox.com/backup/all - Click on
Show deleted backups - Select their backup and click on
permanently delete
- Navigate to
