My account keeps saying it's full - but it isn't
Hi - I have a 6.3 GB basic account with less that 1.2 GB of data in it, but I keep getting notifications saying the account is full, and it isn't syncing. I've double checked my folders and cleaned out all deleted items, but it makes no difference. I have been unable to contact any sort of support through the website, so am hoping someone might know how to fix this. Thanks.

My account has one shared folder with a size of 329 megabytes, there are no other files. Situation – "the storage is filled with 27 GB". This is the first time this has happened in ten years since 2012. Maybe someone has come across or knows what can be done. All synchronizations are disabled (photo, video, etc.).

Have you set up Backups?

Thank you so much! In fact, I have never encountered such a problem. This copy is a random.

I have Dropbox basic plan, and yesterday my storage limit was 3,4 GB, with 2,4 GB occupied. Without adding any document and not sharing any folder, suddenly Dropbox said that I overpassed my limit for 200 MB, so I sent a few recommendations to earn extra-space. Two friends accepted them and I was given 1 GB more, but then Dropbox said that I am using 4,46 GB of 4,25 GB. It doesn`t make any sense. What can I do?

Do you have the Backup feature enabled? Check your Backups page.
