My Dropbox account is empty, but it says I'm over the storage limit.
Folks,
I keep getting a message that I'm over my account limit. However, when I go to the account, there's no files or folders to be seen. Not sure what to do at this point. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Thanks

HI there Kevin O - sorry to hear about this.
Can you have a look at your plan tab and let us know what's reported there in regards to your quota?
Thanks!

Hi Walter,
It's a basic 2 GB plan. Interestingly, it says 0 Regular files but 2.5 GB Backup. I don't know where to find the Backup file. If you could instruct me on that I can delete it.
Thanks,
Kevin
