My Dropbox account is showing that it's out of space while it's not
No file is updating/syncing even after clearing my storage, what is the solution? The screenshot shows clearly the total file size right now in my dropbox.

Hi there, Shahriar Sanzid, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community.
If your account shows that it's out of space, when seemingly it's not, you need to check two things:
- If you have any shared folders in your account (shared folders take up space in each member's account)
- If you have any backup files
