My Dropbox account rolled back and my earned storage space disappeared.

I got about total 12+ GB dropbox space through referrals, which has served me well for years. Yesterday, all of sudden my storage space was vanished and I could see only 2 GB space. Also noticed that...

I was received the following email in 2020 on associated email-id :

On the link given by you .... I see only 2 GB space and full ....

On the event page I dont see the old events before year 2024 ..... also many files went missing ....

Dropbox only lists events for a max of 6 months so that is to be expected. 

If you have files missing its almost certainly that you accidentally have 2 accounts - and the files are on another one. As Megan said Dropbox doesnt remove bonus space.
