I'd be surprise... I dont have much shared folder, and they're all pretty inactive from other users (I'm the only one adding stuff)

It looks like your plan page reports 3GB of your regular files, and 4.9GB of your shared content.
As a first step, I'd suggest checking your sharing tab for any content that you no longer need, and wish to remove from your account, in order to free up some of your allocated space.
If you believe that there are no shared folders or files that take that much space, it'd be great to have a screenshot showing what you're seeing, in order to ensure that we're on the same page.
When it comes to the Dropbox folder reporting a different number, can you check your app's current syncing status? If syncing is paused, this might explain any differences you see. Once the account is under the space limit for your account and the app is 'up to date', we will proceed accordingly.
