Hey there oalmeida - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!
Could you confirm that your referral also confirmed their email address with us and that they've installed the desktop app on a computer that didn't have the app installed previously?
Thanks!

Yes, I confirm all of the above.
Dropbox was installed in a new computer, it's a new account, and it is already 'working', with several dozen files in it, in five different folders. The only issue is that I never received any credit for this referral.

The person you referred hasn't verified their email yet.

Yes, I confirm, I saw they install the desktop app, and start using DB in their new computer.

Hi oalmeida,
Yes, you're confirming, but are they confirm the steps Rich pointed to are over? ๐ They are something different!

They have already verified the email, on the same day actually.

Hey oalmeida, in that case, can we send you an email, so we can look into this?

Yes of course.

Hey oalmeida, I've just sent you an email to have a further look internally, so please have a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.
