No space in Dropbox but I can't find any files or folders to delete
It is saying I have no more space in my Dropbox, but I can't find where there are any files or folders in there to delete so I can have space. I don't remember putting anything in there and how am I ...

But if I click on manage backups from the main screen's "backups page," this pops up instead. So I have to go to the external drive and open backups to see them.

There’s a chance you’re signed in to a different Dropbox account on your desktop app. To check this, I’d like you to follow these steps.
Is the email address that you see under the Account tab of your desktop app preferences the same as the one you see here?
