'Online-only files on Mac' setting enabled - still hard drive is full

The settings are: Online-only files on Mac.

I still don't have space on my hard drive.

There is a clouded title named OTHER, that is not accessible on my Manage Files (delete) in the storage manager window, it shows 320.66 GB used. I don't know what it is or how to reach it. Could this be iCloud?

Hey EcoEnergy4Steve, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Can you let us know what the sync status and version of the Dropbox app on your computer is?

You can hover over the Dropbox icon for this info.

Also, do the files in your Dropbox folder all have gray cloud icons on them?

If you right-click them and choose 'get info' what do you see regarding their space? A screenshot of that would help us have a visual too.

    Thanks!

Hey Steve, is your Documents folder currently backed up to Dropbox?

I don't see the Dropbox folder in your screenshot; can you check the files in it, to see if they are indeed set to 'online-only'?
