Out of space - 3.41 GB used Inexplicably On a 2GB Account

G'day, I noticed a short while ago that files I access frequently from Dropbox are no longer updated, citing my account has run out of space, it's a 2GB free account. I've cleared all the unnecessary files from my Dropbox account leaving very few files, and they're only small files, yet the account shows as "Out of space - 3.41 GB used"

I can't understand why, after clearing out the account, which as I mentioned is only 2GB, why it's still as 3.41 GB used.

Any ideas why?

    Hey Big Al - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you clarify what's shown in your plan tab in regards to your quota?

     

    Do you see any folders taking up space in your backups page perhaps?
