Out of space? No files though
I got and email stating I am out of storage space. I go to "clean up" my space and delete old files, backups, etc. but I cannot find the files. Where can I find the files/folders to delete?

Thanks for the response. It may have been a server load time issue. The list of files finally showed up on my screen and I was able to delete. All good now.

2 years agoHi Cliffd, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
Could you have a look at your plan tab and let us know what is reported there in regards to your quota?
Also, do you maybe see any folders taking up space in your backups page?
Keep us posted!

Hi,
I have the same issue. No older files visible to delete to create space? Help.

Hi CliffD,
I have the same issue. Want to clean up older files but can't locate them to make space? I've been trying for an hour?
