Payed upgrade yearly ,but it is not upgraded

I payed for an upgrade on yearly base. It shows in my account,keep getting messages that I reached my limit . Wich is not true but cannot add anything anymore. So my account is not upgraded

    What plan does it say you're on when you check your Plan page? If it says Basic, you're currently logged in to a free account and you're likely paying for a different account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for.
