Storage dropped from over 5 Gb to 2 Gb

When I was using my new Dell computer, Dropbox had a promotion that gave me 5GB of storage, so I signed up as a new user and kept using it. But recently the 5gb storage was reduced to 2gb and the fil...

Most bonuses earned through device promotions are time-limited and will expire. You can see a list of all the space you've earned and when/if it expires on your Referrals page. For example:

 

 

While you'll still be eligible for other promotions, you can typically only earn each type of promotion once. Basically, you wouldn't be eligible for another promotion from Dell, but promotions from other device manufacturers would still work.
