Storage is full due to backup. What is this backup for and how can I delete it?

Hi, apparently my storage space is already full. But just like 10% are normal data, and 90% is backup. What's this backup for? and can I delete this?

    You like enabled the backup feature either to backup your computer or an external drive. You can see a list of your backups here:
