Storage not full but getting emails about it
I keep getting e-mails telling me that my storage is full (using 8.09 GB of 2 GB), and I need to upgrade but as far as I can tell there is nothing in my Dropbox, so why am I getting these e-mails?

Have you checked your Backups page? Also, take a screenshot of your usage as shown on your Plan page, and post it here. Be sure to mask any private information, if any. It should look like this:

Thank you for the information, I hadn't checked my backups page and that was the issue.
