2 years agoIf its saying that it sounds like the files are too big and will go over your quota if uploaded, therefore, it wont allow them to do it. Could you maybe try uploading one at a time?

Thank you for helping me. The answer is that the files are not that big - 5 files 8 min video in total - nothing at all for an empty dropbox. However, nothing works

Check www.dropbox.com/backups - that doesnt show on the main quota screens.
