Storage space does not match the actual used space?
Storage space does not match the actual used space?
I use dropbox already for a decade approximately and in general, I'm very happy with the free account.
Mostly I share files with students (temporary) to assist them.
The dropbox folder cpntains 1.5 GB of 16.4 GB max.
dropbox says that 8.0 GB is used?
How can this be fixed?
Dear all,
DB is allowed on 3 devices. I saw on one of them a hidden file and after I deleted that the acount space matches
So I solved it myself
take care

Do you have the backup feature enabled? If so, those files would take up space in your account as well.

Hi onnokramer, I hope you’re doing well!
Is it possible to send me a full screenshot of what you see on your Plan tab here?

That's a screenshot of your Dropbox application. Nancy is asking for a screenshot of the following page in your account.
That page will show the true usage of your account.
