Suddenly saying I'm out of storage space
With no recent changes, I am getting an alert that I am out of storage space (22GB). Previously I was at less than half. I checked the size of all the folders and files (on the web client) and the largest folder is 2GB and a few with around 800MB, but it's not possible they add up to 22GB. What's going on? It feels like it's a push to upgrade, but I don't need to, I just need to be able to use the space I have! Any ideas?

Hi goodkid21, sorry to hear about this.
Can you clarify what your plan tab is showing in regards to your quota?
Also, do you see any folders in your backups page perhaps?
Keep us posted!

Yes, "Backup" is taking up 15GB. I don't see a folder with this name. So is this new? How do I stop this "Backup"?

Hi goodkid21, sorry to jump in here!
You should be able to disable your Backup, and free up some of your space using the steps mentioned here.
If you have any questions, let me know!

I tried this and it's still saying I'm out of space. I don't have backups enabled. I'm about to ditch Dropbox due to these shenanigans. Please advise!

Hi goodkid21, could you send me a couple of screenshots from your backup page, and the message you receive on your end, in regards to the space?
