What are the 7 steps for the 250 MB "Getting Started" bonus?

Hi, I'm new to Dropbox. I wonder what are the 7 steps required for "Getting Started" to get the 250 MB bonus? I have tried everything I can think of, including installing a desktop app and a mobile app, uploading, downloading, editing, and sharing, and I'm currently at 5/7.
