I have got the access now. I checked the Lenovo Vantage App and "My Software" section under this.
I had to uninstall and reinstall the Dropbox but now I got the 100 GB space availed. Thanks.

Did you complete the getting started steps with the account you used to redeem the promotional space in the first place?
If you did and still don't see the space under your account's plan tab, let us know here and we'll reach out via email to investigate further.

Hello @Walter,
I did sign-up with my email to the dropbox account. I did not see much of the steps. Did you mean the steps from Laptop company (Lenovo in my case) or from Dropbox? Can you suggest where would I find the steps?
Also, FYI, I purchased the laptop online last week, so it's still under the return window (eligible for replacement).
