Thank you for your reply!
Attached is the screenshot. I checked the properties on the three account folders and shared work folder. My account has 500MB, one family member has 781MB, the other family member has 631MB and the company shared folder has 851MB. Looking at the plan tab, confirms what I suspected. Sharing data with someone adds to both account totals. I'm not sure why the storage limit warning, was triggered yesterday, since the only account or folder to add something new added a few files with a total size of less than 50MB. Since the first of the year, the total increase from all of the shared accounts/folders, was less than 100MB.
I can copy the data from the company shared folder to my workstation and removed if from my account. The folder belongs to the company marketing department. If I need access to a new marketing resource, the Marketing Director will tell me the resource is in the shared folder. Perhaps the Marketing Director would share the new resource another way.

3 months agoHi mcapehart - thanks for the screenshot and the additional information.
It seems that this shared folder is causing your account to be full since shared folders take up space on all of the accounts/members of the shared folder unless they're part of the same Dropbox for teams account.
If you don't need permanent access or edit rights to this folder, you can ask your company to share a link to the folder instead.
I hope this helps a tad and please keep us posted on your progress.
